Continue working on the project. You should either be working on step #1 or step #2 today. If you finish both of those steps you have a little bit of free time. I still have about 1/3 of my students working on step #1 and I don’t want anybody to get too far ahead. I will give you instructions for Step #3 on Monday.
Your country should take up most of your paper. Also include surrounding (bordering) countries. Don’t trace your maps on your screens! That could scratch the monitor.
If you finish your map today, you can go ahead and take the picture of it and save it to your H drive. I have 3 tablets for you to borrow. After you borrow a tablet, follow these instructions for taking pictures and saving them to your H Drive:
1. Turn it on and Log in
2. Touch the Windows Icon in the bottom left corner and then select “All Apps” which should be directly above the Windows Icon.
3. Touch the camera icon
4. Take the picture of your drawn picture
5. Close out of the camera
6. Press the Desktop Icon
7. Open the “Folders” in the bottom left corner
8. Click “This PC” on the left side
9. Double click Pics
10. Double click “Camera Roll”
11. Press and hold your finger on your picture
12. Take you finger off and press “Send To”
13. Click on your H Drive
14. Click Save
To be on track, you need to be finished with step #1 by the end of class today.

One last thing, the last 12 days of 1st semester before Christmas Break, I thought it would be fun for my students if I did the “Twelve Days of Videos”. Counting today, we have 13 days of school left, but I doubt I will have all of you in class on the final day. I also thought that it would be nice for you to get a brain break each day while we work on the project. You can watch the video at the beginning or end of class or you might want to watch it somewhere in the middle of class to give your brain a little break and then get back to work. Today’s video of the 12 Days of Videos does not need headphones. It is probably the most amazing control of the soccer ball that I’ve ever seen.
